SBG Athens is Georgia's premiere Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Group Fitness (Training for Warriors), Kids Martial Arts (Growing Gorillas), and Self Defense Academy. We have won multiple awards for Gym of the Year and Trainer of the Year. We have programs for everyBODY from beginner to UFC Champions, housewife to Police Officer. There are classes from 3 years old and up. Home to ten (10) BJJ Black Belts, TUF Veterans, UFC fighters, GA MMA Hall of Famers and regular people just like YOU. Although SBG Athens has made a reputation as one of the top MMA schools in Georgia we are dedicated to teaching self-defense and fitness through the vehicle of combat sports. Not only will you get a great workout but you will gain the type of confidence that only comes with training in an Alive environment. Whatever your goals the tribe is here to help you achieve them.
