He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Garrard has been practicing pediatrics in Athens, GA for 17 years. He specializes in general pediatrics. In his spare time, Dr. Garrard enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 children, and his dog. He enjoys running, hiking, golf, and travel.
